Summary from our visit today:

1. We discussed prostate screening. I will put in an electronic consult to Urology to ask them what they would recommend in terms of monitoring given your history of abnormal prostate biopsy with since normalized PSA.
2. We did a complete physical exam. Overall everything was normal. You do have a lot of wax in your right ear, which you can use Debrox to soften and remove it. You also have external hemorrhoids but they are not bleeding.
3. For the swollen feet, if they were to become more swollen and not improve with feet elevation, you can use compression socks. If it's persistent, then let me know and we would discuss the need for additional tests.
4. You will get your pneumococcal vaccine today.
